Penalty Points Sistem

1.1 Flaming people on IRC / in game - 2 points

1.2 Flaming a admin on IRC / in game - 3 points

1.3 Flaming a manager/leader on IRC / in game - 4 points

2.1. Power abuse - 10 points.

2.2. Op/voice to a user who isn't from CS.Gather.LV staff on channel - 1 point.

2.3 Abusing ".demo" command - 1 point.

3.1 Team kill for pick up C4/defuse - 3 points.

4.1 Ban a user on IRC without a good reason - 2 points.

4.2 Ban/kick a manager/leader on IRC - 5 points.

5.1 ".restart" and ".stop" without a good reason - 3 points.

5.2 ".stop" after first half or before the matche finished (a team should win 16 rounds) - 2 points.

5.3 If 3 or more players are asking to demo a player, and admin refuses - 2 points.

5.4 If a admin said "AC ON" and another admin refuse to open it - 3 points.

10 penalty points = remove admin.

When penalty points expires?

1 month for 1 point.
2 months for 2 points.
3 months for 3 points.
4 months for 4 points.
5 months for 5 points.

kwaliteit - 1.1, Gather ID: #123456, printscreen - 2 points. (Date: 09/03/2010)

Only managers and leader can add penalty points.
