An admin should know and obey the network/channel rules
Friendly and helpfull to channel members.
Always take the right decisions.
Good english skills (if not from lv)

4. Why do you want to become an admin? Why should we pick you as admin?
For dedicating my free time managing gathers and at the same time help your channel grow.
Because I have a lot of free time and I know to manage a gather even if I only have 2 gathers managed.

5. Why do you want to become an admin in #cs.gather.lv and not in another channel?
Because I think I can help this channel grow managing as many gathers as possible.

6. What will you do, when you face a problem and don't know how to deal with it?
I'll contact channel managers/leader.
