1.I have 17 years and are in Bucharest

3.To follow the rules
4.I want to become an admin because i have experience on the gather-network servers and I want to involve myself in #cs.gather.lv channel
5.I want to become an admin in #cs.gather.lv because it is a good channel with low ping servers
6.If I face a problem and I don't know how to deal with it I will ask the channel managers if they can help me
